The design of an industrial ducting system has a decisive influence on the economy and operational reliability of the entire plant. By using state-of-the-art 3D design methods as well as fluid dynamics analyses, it is ensured that turbulence and pressure losses within the lines are consistently avoided. Each system is individually adapted to the spatial conditions and specific process parameters, with both round and rectangular cross-sections being realized in a wide variety of dimensions. Manufacturing is carried out in compliance with the strictest quality standards and certified welding procedures (ISO 3834) to ensure maximum service life, even with highly abrasive, corrosive, or hot media.

Precise prefabrication in our own plant significantly reduces on-site installation times and ensures absolute gas tightness, which is essential, especially in chemically aggressive processes or in positive pressure ranges up to 10 bar.

Depending on the requirement, specialized materials such as high-temperature steels, stainless steels, or special alloys are used, which withstand thermal loads from -180 °C to +900 °C (up to +1,200 °C for damper peripherals in special cases).
As an integral component of the full-service solutions, the ducting systems are planned as a holistic unit. Seamless connection to Industrial Fans, Industrial Dampers & Slide Gates, as well as Inlet Vane Controls is the focus. To optimize the overall system, Industrial Silencers, thermal Industrial Insulation, flexible Industrial Expansion Joints, and protective Industrial Filter Units are integrated directly into the duct design.
